Drake is reportedly suing a woman for falsely claiming he sexually assaulted and impregnated her.
On Tuesday, the 31-year-old rapper filed a lawsuit against Laquana Morris, who works in the adult-entertainment industry as Layla Lace, “seeking unspecified damages for civil extortion, intentional infliction of emotional distress, abuse of process, fraud, and defamation,” according to People.
The suit states that Drake and Morris met in February 2017, when she “voluntarily and seemingly happily performed” oral sex on him after a Boy Meets World tour stop in Manchester, England.
After Drake stopped responding to Morris’ texts, she wrote in a since-deleted Instagram post, “So I guess still, in this era, this is the new thing that after you tell a dude you pregnant they stop answering they phone. I feel so stupid…I never told this man ‘No.’ I did everything he told me to do… ((NEVER)) asked him for a dime…But don’t worry Imma make sure I make a field day out of your f**king a**.”
